Design and 3D modelling

We develop detailed 2D and 3D models ensuring flawless integration of the equipment into your project.

Assembly and prototyping

At our Ferrol workshop we assemble pumping stations, water and gas treatment systems and BIM-HARD grinders, including unique components made by precision 3D printing.

Control and supply

Full cycle: from technical verification of components to final testing of the systems before shipment to the client.

Peak flow, separator sizing to EN 1825 / 858, head losses and pump selection.

2D/3D project

BIM model in Revit, plan and section drawings, electrical schematic and bill of materials.

Printed prototype

Scale model 3D-printed so the client can validate the solution before manufacturing.

Manufacture & install

Equipment production, delivery, installation supervision and commissioning with a technical report.

Prototypes and unique components in PLA, PETG and ABS; 3D scanning for reverse engineering and dimensional control.

GRP · fibreglass

High chemical resistance and low weight in large volumes: tanks, separators and chambers.

GRC · glassfibre reinforced concrete

Thin-wall panels and elements (10–20 mm) with high flexural strength and low self-weight.

Polymer concrete

Non-porous surface and H₂S resistance: the optimal choice for high-flow separators.

Composite concrete

Composite reinforcement and technical aggregates for heavy traffic loads and deep burial.
