Quotation request terms

1. Nature of requests

Submitting the form constitutes a request for information or quotation, not a binding order. Published "from" prices are indicative, VAT excluded, and refer to the basic configuration of each size.

2. Preparation of the quotation

After receiving your enquiry we will prepare a technical and economic proposal. Manufacturing is confirmed only after technical validation of the project specifications and the express acceptance of the quotation by both parties.

3. Deadlines and validity

Quotations state their validity period; after it expires, prices and lead times may be updated. Manufacturing lead times run from technical confirmation and, where applicable, the agreed payment.

4. Indicative calculations

Results of the online calculators (EN 1825-2, EN 858-2 and others) are an indicative pre-sizing and do not replace the technical design or validation by a competent engineer.

5. Ownership of documentation

Offers, drawings and calculations delivered with a quotation remain the property of BIM-HARD and may not be transferred to third parties without consent, in accordance with the intellectual property policy.
