2. Data we process and purpose

Through the contact form we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, phone and the content of your enquiry) for the sole purpose of answering your request and preparing the quotation. We do not profile you or make automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), acting as data processor for form submissions. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers international transfers. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

5. Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and, only with your consent, a Google Maps map is displayed; in both cases your IP address is transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for the duration of negotiations and, at most, for the legal limitation periods applicable to the commercial relationship.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info.bimhard@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
