1. Registered marks

"BIM-HARD" is a registered European Union figurative trade mark No 019369715 (EUIPO, classes 6, 7, 11, 12, 37, 40, 42) and a Spanish registered trade name N0467043 (OEPM, classes 37 and 42). Use by third parties without authorisation is prohibited.

2. Site contents

Texts, technical illustrations, SVG schematics, photographs, sizing tables and the site code are owned by BIM-HARD or used under licence and are protected by intellectual property law.

3. Permitted uses

Viewing and printing for personal use are allowed, as is quoting excerpts with attribution and a link. Systematic reproduction, commercial scraping and reuse of illustrations or tables without written authorisation are prohibited.

4. Technical documentation

Drawings, calculations and offers delivered to clients are provided for the specific project requested and may not be passed to third parties or used to manufacture with other suppliers without BIM-HARD's consent.
